CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your destination country on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at info@thirty-5.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we will do our best to help if you contact us before your order has shipped.
